Cookbook Development Intern

Linsu Ding, born in China, has been passionate about public health, nutrition, and exercise. Driven by a commitment to improving community health and well-being, she has actively contributed to initiatives that promote healthy living through health education. In the beginning of 2024, she, for the first time, participated in a food and healthy eating program and enjoyed her time supporting communities. Her future work aims to foster awareness and interest in healthy lifestyles among diverse populations. 

Linsu serves as a community chef educator intern in Green Guerillas, where she works with farmers to design nutritional cookbooks for diverse cultures. She's excited to work within the Green Guerillas community and is dedicated to striving for impactful change, leveraging her expertise and passion to empower individuals and communities to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
